He has positioned Internal Audit as a strategic and trusted business partner, shifting audit culture from reactive to proactive through concentrated relationship building across all business levels. Lani created and implemented ERM for AECOM’s Oil and Gas Division, facilitated the enterprise risk management program. He designed audit systems and implementation tools to deliver continuous monitoring of transactions, this allowed the audit team to focus on high value work.
